Angela Johnson
Angela Johnson brings a deep passion for precision and mechanics to the elevator industry, rooted in a career that spans from military service to union expertise. Growing up on a horse farm, she developed a strong work ethic and a drive for excellence, which carried over into her time in the U.S. Navy as an elevator mechanic and machinist mate. After her service, she continued her journey as a merchant marine with the Sailors Union of the Pacific before fully committing to her love for elevators. Determined to advance in the trade, Angela joined the IUEC Local 8, where she honed her skills in San Francisco’s demanding high-rise environment. Now a state-licensed elevator mechanic and founder of Sierra Elevator Service, she brings unparalleled experience and dedication to every project.
Nicolas Vecchiarelli
Nic Vecchiarelli is a skilled and dedicated elevator professional with a strong foundation in mechanics and engineering. With an education in mechanics and several years of experience as a mechanical engineer, Nic transitioned into the elevator industry by joining the IUEC Local 8 in San Francisco. He began his career in the dynamic and fast-paced San Francisco Bay Area before relocating to the Central Valley to further expand his expertise. Throughout his journey, Nic has gained extensive hands-on experience in modernization, repair, service, and new construction, making him a versatile and knowledgeable leader in the trade. As the co-founder of Sierra Elevator Service, he is committed to delivering high-quality solutions with precision and integrity.
